• WILL ANYONE KNOW WHAT IS IN THE BOX?
  Absolutely not. All of our sex toy catalog orders are shipped in a plain box containing only a shipping label and a return address. The return address will read 21st Century. When you buy a sex toys from Bedtime Boutique our name is indicated nowhere on the outside of the box for your privacy.
  
  

• HOW IS MY CREDIT CARD BILLED?
  Your credit card will be billed as MLD Enterprises, our trade name for your discreet billing purpose. Unfortunately some companies place their name on the box when you buy adult sex toys from their catalog shop. We would never violate our trust with you.

Returns will be accepted for defective sex products only and must include original Bedtime Boutique Shop packaging. We stress that you examine the products before you use them; we cannot accept returned items that are used. Upon us receiving your return of a defective product, a replacement of the same adult sex product will be shipped immediately.
  
  We never restock returned items; all returned products are discarded.

  If your product is defective, damaged, or missing contact us at returns@bedtimeboutique.com within 3 days upon you receiving your product. Provide your name, address, e-mail address, product # (SKU#) from your order confirmation e-mail and a detailed description why you are returning the item. We will then issue your instructions on how to return your product.
  
  

• HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO WAIT TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
  We offer 4 different methods of shipping, Standard, Priority, Express or Overnight. For Standard S hipping allow 2-10 business days, Priority Shipping allow 2-5 business day, Express Shipping allow 2- business days, Overnight shipping allow 1-2 business days.

  Yes, you may cancel an order only if the product has not been shipped. Contact us at service@bedtimeboutique.com and include your name, phone number, e-mail address, product name and product # (SKU #) from your order confirmation e-mail.
